skystunez-remind history of  first computer built by Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs back in 1976. The Apple prototype using a Mostek 6502 microprocessor, four kilobytes of memory, and a cassette recorder for storage of programs and data. Now can be viewed in the Smithsonian Institution.

The First commercial Apple Computer, with its own keyboard, monitor, disk drive and power supply. Introduce in 1977 with features MOS technology 6502 microprocessor running at 1 MHz, 4kB of RAM. The video controller displayed 24 lines by 40 columns of monochrome, upper case only text on the screen, with NTSC composite video output suitable for displays on a TV set by way of a seperate RF modulator. -skyters
